What makes a good neighbor?

That’s it folks. Just introduce yourself, and hand over those tasty little gems. We moved into our new house back in March and only one neighbor said hello. I took cookies around to introduce ourselves, but no one reached out…just pulled into their garages and didn’t even wave!

Until we had a garage sale last month, we didn’t meet a soul. Granted we were gone a lot and the neighbors probably hated our construction projects, but why aren’t neighbors neighborly anymore?
