When you think of the word “successful,” who’s the first person that comes to mind and why?

I think of a very close friend, who has faced a lifetime of pain and struggles, family rejection, loss of a child, addiction and a whole host of demons. But he always holds his head high, whistles a happy tune, offers a hand up to anyone that needs it and shares his joyful stories with everyone.

Success is not about how much money you have in the bank. It’s about how you share your “wealth” with the world…wealth of experience, compassion and joy.
