This past week has been an education of where we are headed in our lives…..everyone’s life around the world,

I thought is was bad enough when you reached someone on the other side of the planet who couldn’t understand you at all.

Now “Bob Bot”, or AI assistants, don’t assist at all. They kill jobs. They make you so frustrated that you stop asking for your refund. And the even take deep breaths, call you by your name like Uncle Tom used to do and swear they are a real person. “Jonathon” told me that he really was a “live agent” and having a great day in sunny Phoenix…..at 2 am in that broiling city.

AI when used in creative ways is powerful and exciting, but what if it’s used to take away jobs from hard working people?

Should we allow that to happen?

Absolutely NO!

Call these companies and say that you refuse to speak with Bob Bot and want a customer service rep that will truly help you. Help bring back the jobs that AI took away.
